- High season: From July 1 to September 15, and from December 24 to January 7, both included. Also the National bridges.
- New Year's Eve: Minimum 2 Nights
- Low Season: Rest of the Year

- Extra bed at € 10 per night for over 3 years
- Children under 3 years and free cot
- Pets with a supplement of € 5 per night for each pet
- First basket of free firewood, the next to 6 €
- National bridge rental for a minimum of 3 nights
